Study Space Bookings

Study Space Booking Policy

Before you book, please note:

  1. Study space is available on the 2nd floor for members from 11:30am - 4pm, with walk-ins accepted if available
  2. We cannot accept bookings on Thursdays After 8pm, or Fridays Between 4-8pm
  3. This is for quiet study only. Food and beverage service is available but no purchase is required to use the study space.

*Management reserves the right to amend, cancel, and move bookings for any reason

Please read through the full list of rules and policies:

  1. No outside food or drink may be consumed in The Grad Club due to health and safety regulations. Food and drink can be purchased during all operating hours, but there is no requirement to purchase items to use the study space.
  2. This is a public space with food and beverage service; therefore, we cannot guarantee complete silence. However, we do request that all conversation be kept to a minimum and everyone is respectful of their noise levels.
  3. All food and beverage orders must be done through the QR codes on the tables. There will be no server taking orders for the study space to limit interactions between staff and members.
  4. Proof of membership is required. This includes a valid SGPS student card, PSAC901 ID, Medical Student ID, or a social membership card stating that you have paid your Grad Club opt-out fee or opted in to our social membership. If you are not a member, you are able to purchase a one-year membership for $25 from the staff during operating hours.
