All members have voting privileges at this meeting and are encouraged to participate in elections for the 2022-2023 Board of Directors. If you are registered as a graduate, professional, or medical student, or are a post-doc, you are automatically a member unless you opt out of the optional Grad Club Fee. Social memberships are available for purchase.

Consider Running for the 2022-2023 Board of Directors

Board members meet monthly to discuss the daily operations of the club as well as plan for various events and services to deliver to the membership. Board members can be elected into one of the major Director positions or sit as a member-at-large.

The Grad Club is a Member-owned and run non-profit organization.
Members may directly participate in the decisions of the Grad Club at our Annual General Meeting.
